For most of our ingredients sold on the website, it is a perishable item, and as a result there is an appropriate shelf life that follows. We recommend storing the items in a sealed, non-humid, and generally cool location. Completely dried foods that are properly stored can last for months, and even into years (an example of this would be our Quality Tangerine Peels). Fridged or Frozen foods can last for months if stored properly, and should only remain frozen unless planned for defrosting, to cook and consume soon after.
